Retail News:Bargain-Hunters Lift Sales at Discounters

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Sales at U.S. chain stores rose in the latest week, but a preference for discount retailers suggests consumers are cautious about the prospects of an economic rebound, two reports showed Tuesday.
