Trends:Record Japan coffee demand in 2001, still rising

TOKYO, Feb 13 (Reuters) - Japanese coffee demand hit a record high for the third straight year in 2001 and should continue growing thanks to rising consumption by people at home and the expansion of specialty coffee chains, industry officials said.
