Business News:Gas Prices Have 2nd Biggest Weekly Jump

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. retail gasoline prices had the second-biggest weekly increase on record due to higher crude oil costs, jumping an average 7.9 cents a gallon over the last week to $1.223, the Energy Department said Monday.
