Business News:Stride Rite Profit Off, Sees Weaker Year

LEXINGTON, Mass. (Reuters) - Stride Rite Corp., the maker of Keds and Sperry casual shoes, said on Tuesday its fiscal first-quarter profit dipped 3.8 percent from a year earlier on weaker department store sales.
