Retail News:U.S. consumers seen even more upbeat in March

NEW YORK, March 25 (Reuters) - U.S. consumers probably got a lot more upbeat in March as signs of improvement in labor markets and stabilization in stocks lifted Americans' assessment of their finances and prospects for the future.
