Mothers Work shares up, maternity sales swell

CHICAGO, April 4 (Reuters) - Retailer Mothers Work Inc. on Thursday said it expects second-quarter earnings to beat Wall Street estimates, thanks to a growing market for maternity clothing and the popularity of its spring fashions.
