Retail News: Amazon Europe Growing Strong Despite French Pressure

PARIS (Reuters) - Online retailer Amazon.com said on Wednesday its European customer base grew by 45 percent in the past year and Germany and Britain were in the black, vital elements to ensure it meets its 2002 group profit forecast.
