Retail News: Coach Profit Soars on Higher Sales

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Coach Inc., a designer of high-end leather goods and fashion accessories, said on Tuesday its quarterly profits nearly doubled before restructuring charges, due to the popularity of its simply styled handbags in the United States and Japan.
