Retail News: Discounters Lead Retail Sales Rise

NEW YORK (Reuters) - U.S. retailers, helped by an early Easter, sold more in March than last year, with discounters and warehouse clubs leading the pack and apparel retailers making a modest comeback from prolonged weakness.
