Retail News: Gains Seen at Discounters, Apparel Stores

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Shoppers are still devoted to discount stores, but they want to look nice for spring too.

That means that apparel retailers such as The Limited Inc. LTD.N could show solid gains when they report monthly sales on Thursday.
