Retail News: German retailers, minister clash over euro prices

FRANKFURT, April 29 (Reuters) - German Finance Minister Hans Eichel hit a raw nerve among retailers when he blamed their dismal sales on euro-induced price hikes, but they are fighting back with proof they have lost out and not profited from the new cash.
