Retail News: Kmart wants $1.5-million pay for boss

NEW YORK -- Kmart Corp. has asked a federal bankruptcy judge to approve a $1.5-million (U.S.) annual base salary, higher than a previous request, for James Adamson, the bankrupt retailer's current chief executive officer and chairman.
