Retail News: Pathmark Profits Down, but Beats Forecast

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Regional supermarket chain Pathmark Stores Inc. PTMK.O on Wednesday said quarterly profits fell 18 percent, but results were better than expected as the economy improved and the grocer managed to hold on to its market share.
