Retail News: Sears Off on Charges, Store Remodeling

CHICAGO (Reuters) - Sears, Roebuck and Co. reported a 38 percent decline in first-quarter net earnings on Thursday as profits were sapped by charges from accounting changes and costs to remodel Canadian stores.
