Retail News: Target first-quarter earnings have upside -CFO

NEW YORK, April 29 (Reuters) - The chief financial officer of retailer Target Corp. on Monday told investors again that first-quarter earnings will top its previous expectations, thanks to sales of full-priced merchandise and strong sales at its Target discount stores.
