Retail News: UK's Boots to float or sell Halfords

LONDON, April 17 (Reuters) - Britain's leading health and beauty products retailer Boots Co Plc said on Wednesday it had decided to float or sell its Halfords car and bike accessory chain, ending long running speculation about the business.
