Retail News: US chain store sales up in 2 weeks April-Redbook

NEW YORK, April 23 (Reuters) - U.S. retail sales at discount, chain and department stores rose during the first two weeks of April, as warmer-than-normal weather spurred consumers to shop, Instinet Research said on Tuesday.
