Retail News: Wal-Mart, J.C. Penney in Line with Plan

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Retailers Wal-Mart Stores Inc. WMT.N and J.C. Penney Co. Inc. JCP.N on Monday said they were sticking with their forecasts for April sales at stores open at least a year.
