Retail News:Retail Sales Rise, Industry Picture Mixed

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Sales at U.S. chain stores rose last week as warmer weather enticed shoppers out to stores and shopping malls, but discounters performed better than department stores across the country, two reports showed on Tuesday.
